    In order to speed up the company's implementation of the development of talent strategy, guide and help new college employees of the company to make full use of their professional and technological advantages through hard work, as well as to make more achievements and create value in production, technology, management and scientific research innovation, the Federation of University Students and the Ministry of Human Resources jointly implemented the "Horse Racing Mechanism" staff assistance program for new staff of Jieyang College. The QCC method was used to carry out the small reform and rationalization of the enterprise. The relevant work is recommended and assessed through the cumulative form of points, thus guiding the new employees, the college students, to do professional development planning and contribute to the construction of the enterprise.

    On November 12th, the first meeting of the “horse race mechanism” assistance project was held in the training room of Bussiness Division of Tire Molds, representing the official launch of the project. Mr. Wei, the teacher of Jieyang Vocational and Technical College, Chen Xudong, the president of the Federation of University Students, and the representatives of the Human Resources Department and 23 employees of Jieyang College, who were the targets of this assistance project, attended the meeting. The conference was divided into two parts. The team leader reported the group's project plan, content and implementation ideas, and then the field leaders and school teachers guided the feasibility and practical significance of the proposed program.

    At the meeting, the teams were based on improving the operating environment of the factory, adding staff cohesion, demonstrating the company's culture, and reporting on the improvement plans of their preliminary designs. The contents of the program are mainly divided into the following three categories: 1. Improvement of work tools: use and improvement of production and cleaning tools. 2. Quality control management improvement: product quality management process and implementation of 6s. 3. Safety and standardization construction: fire safety in the dormitory area and the company's electricity safety.

    After the report, the teacher of Jieyang College, Mr. Wei, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the seven groups' proposals, encouraged everyone to optimize the project, and guided the teams to combine the "Horse Racing Mechanism" plan with the graduation design. On the one hand, it can help students solve graduation design and paper, on the other hand, students can apply more professional skills to this project activities.

    Then, Chen Xudong, president of the Federation of University Students, answered the questions raised by everyone and said that the "Horse Racing Mechanism" is an opportunity and platform for the new employees, the college students, to show their self-ability.
