In order to assess the suitability, utility and effectiveness of the company’s ISO 9001 quality management system, find out the potential problems of the system and improve it, according to the 2016 Plan of the Inspection of ISO System, the ISO department inspected the ISO 9001 quality management system of the rubber machine division.
During the inspection, with professional and strict attitude, according to the standards of ISO 9001 quality management system and the company’s relevant documents, the inspectors examinated the situations of relevant divisions and took detailed records by careful examination, communication with workers, checking documents and discussions. After careful analysis and the confirmation of divisions, inspectors gave suggestions and relevant divisions had to improve the system in time and take precautions to prevent problems. The company will pay more attention to the statistical analysis of typical quality problems and take precautions to utilize the system, regulating relevant documents and recording. With the cooperation of workers of departments, the inspection ended successfully.
