As the old saying goes,"Listen to a excellent speech is better than reading ten years of books",on the afternoon of February 17th, the Greatoo Institute in Guangzhou invited RoboJob Technical Director Mr. Luc to do technical exchange,and all the staff of the Greatoo Research Institute participated in the activity,which let employees have a more in-depth understanding of the industry to help them clear career goals to help employees establish a correct career mentality.
The activity was chaired by General Manager Yang Yuchun,and before the activity, Yang Yujun, general manager of the company, introduced cooperation process and cooperation result between our company and RoboJob company firstly.Then, Mr. Luc made a speech,he said: A year ago, RoboJob, a Belgian company that provided friendly robotic machine tooling solutions, received high-level leadership visits and conversations from the Greatoo,which is the first time the two companies dialogue, the results are better than expected,and we have seen two companies’ cooperation opportunities.Then Mr. Luc asked everyone at the scene and had a common discussion about how to be able to change from the student to the staff in the right way; how can we work happily; how can we get the customer's affirmation, the enterprise's appreciation; how can we realize our life Value and so on.
The atmosphere was warm in the field, the staff actively raised their hands to ask questions, and try to communicate with Mr. Luc in English.For the problem about how to be able to work happily , Mr. Luc replied: people will not feel tired if they love the industry and their jobs. Otherwise there will be no positive energy,and it can not be a good engineer, but also can not provide a good product to the customer.
