    On August 4th, the two-year "Joint Progress Plan" graduation ceremony was successfully held in the audio-visual conference room of Longgang Road factory. All the mentors and students participated in it. First, instructor Wu Gong conferred the booksGreatoo Collections (four) andGreatoo Collections (five)to the students, which were the collection of "Joint Progress Plan" and the crystallization of students’ labor and wisdom.




    Then, mentor Wu Gong delivered a speech to encourage students to be tireless of learning. Referring to his own career, he urged them to learn, to make progress and to create their own space. The talented people are very demanding. Opportunities only patronize those who are prepared. The board of directors attached great importance to comprehensive type of talent, paying attention to endogenous training so as to provide a good learning environment. "Joint Progress Plan" focused on endogenous training, including the ability to express, to coordinate, to write, to refine problems, to form ideas. It helped students embark on a higher position. Wu hoped the students to have confidence and ambition to be managers rather than workers. And he wished that they can develop the habit of writing. Because writing is the condensate of wisdom while paper is a carrier, which can be preserved for a long time. Paper also helps ideas and theories to be better known and it practices people’s logical ability, combing ability and writing ability. It is the reflection of thinking, especially of the reports associated with business. Moreover, improving business is the most important. We need to apply knowledge to practical work so that we can repay the board, in responding to the era and company's desire for talented people.

    After Wu's instruction, student representative Wu Jie spoke out his feelings. Everyone is doing two jobs at the same time. One is the daily work, the other is the preparation of the future.
