From November 7 to November 11, the 19th China International Industry Fair was held in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The International Industry Fair has the award function, and it is the only large-scale industrial expo approved by the State Council, the flagship intelligent equipment of it is the intelligent equipment. Since its establishment in 1999, it has developed into an important window facing the world in China's industrial field and an economic and trade cooperation platform. This year's CIIF has 12 exhibition halls, 280,000 square meters, nine major professional exhibitions and 2562 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions. The Greatoo participated in this international industrial fair with many intelligent equipments such as robot spraying unit, robot visual snap unit, die-cast zinc alloy grinding and polishing unit, Robo Job unit and so on.
The robot spraying unit uses the articulated arm teaching mode, as we can see, the worker drag the articulated arm to spray and teach, and the system automatically copies the worker's teaching action and automatically generates the robot program to complete the work. The teaching time for a single product is less than half an hour, it achieved rapid production. This spray unit is of high stability, high uniformity and high-gloss, can be applied to harsh environmental pollution and high-risk industries, such as, sanitary ceramics, furniture, spraying and so on.
The robot visual snap unit, which was showed for the first time in the exhibition, was widely welcomed by visitors. The unit achieves the automatic identification of workpiece using vision, and completes the loading and unloading of the machine with the robot. It uses a modular design, for different parts, after the replacement of parts, it can achieve rapid conversion without the illumination system, camera calibration, template processing algorithms, communication interface, parameter settings and image processing methods to make major changes.

The die-cast zinc alloy grinding and polishing unit is also a major hot spot for this exhibition, attracting many visitors to ask its price. The unit can remove the flash on the zinc alloy parts, remove the skin, to achieve a smooth surface, to meet the requirements of the next electroplating process, it also has functions such as automatic compensation for wheel damage, compensating for dimensional errors in machined products, and automatic waxing.
