Father is great and selfless. He shoulders the responsibility of the whole family and always pays attention to the child's growth process. In order to give gratitude to the father's love and let the employees and fathers know more about Greatoo, on the occasion of Father's Day in 2018, the company's Employee Help center cooperated with the External Contact Office and the Administrative Office to hold the activity named "Employee Father Entering the Greatoo" on June 16th.

More than 60 employees and their families participated in the event. Under the leadership of the Staff Support Center, everyone first came to the factory office training center on Longgang Road to concentrate on and watch the corporate videos to learn about the development of the Greatoo as an industry giant, as well as its corporate culture. The fathers were deeply satisfied with the company's development, achievements and corporate culture. They also praised the office environment of the factory and concentrated on taking pictures in front of the image square to engrave this memorable moment.

Afterwards, we drove to the Zhanqian Road factory for a visit. The vast factory area, the green environment and the well-organized architecture left a good first impression on the fathers. Then everyone visited the company's intelligent workshop, giant mold workshop, vulcanizer workshop, etc. With the vivid introduction of the image introducer, the fathers fully realized the company's five major competitive, that are productivity, technical strength, equipment strength, market power and quality. They personally experienced the charm of the company's industrial manufacturing development and intelligence.

The last stop of the visit is the most anticipated and amazing robot workshop. Industrial robots are the products of the 21st century, and nowadays they are at the forefront of the times and are one of the symbols of the intelligent industry. As soon as we entered the workshop, the two robotic lions at the door danced vividly in the familiar melody of "Men's Self-improvement". This dance is not only for everyone to watch, but also shows the high agility, stability and consistency of the robot. And everyone took out their mobile phones to record this rare performance. Later, we also visited a series of production and processing activities such as RV reducer operation, robot playing chess and manual welding, cutting, spraying, sand blasting, handling, and cargo sorting operated by robots. The group is very interested in the diversified robot operation and is full of praise for the company's rapid development and technology.

After the workshop visit, the employees' fathers came to the audio-visual conference room on the first floor of the administrative building of Zhanqian Road, and the company's leader Wu Hao attended the symposium and delivered a speech. Vice president Wu first extended a warm welcome to everyone, and wished all of your employees a happy holiday. Then, he briefly introduced the company's current development, industry status and achievements, and outlined the company's future development trend, saying that Greatoo will go forward, promote innovation, continue to deepen technology, and develop high-end brands, and enter the high-end market. At the same time, he thanked all the staff fathers for cultivating a good employee for the company, providing the company with key talents and backup forces. Finally, vice president Wu once again thanked the fathers of the employees for their presence, and hope that the fathers of the employees can help their children grow and provide valuable opinions and suggestions for the company's development. The symposium was nearing noon, and the External Contact Office prepared a hearty lunch for the staff and fathers on the second floor of the dining hall of the Zhanqian Road Factory, allowing the fathers to experience the children's life in the company. After half a day of activities, everyone was already hungry, and under the guidance of the staff, they lined up and ate in an orderly manner. The lunch with rich dishes and delicious taste brought a good dining experience to the fathers. It is really felt that the children can not only work well but also live well in Greatoo. After the meal was finished, the visiting team received souvenirs under the guidance of the staff, and stepped onto the sightseeing bus in an orderly manner to return to the Longgang Road factory, which marked the end of today's event.
