In order to enhance the safety awareness of all employees, improve the ability of disaster prevention, mitigation and relief of all employees, and effectively prevent and contain production safety accidents, to make sure the safety of the plant area, since July, under the leadership of the company's leader Wu Yingxiong, Greatoo has organized various departments to carry out various safety management tasks such as fire safety drills, safety training and special inspections, and thoroughly implement the safety management policy of "people-oriented, safety first".

Conduct safety management training systematically and promote safety concepts.

On July 9th, the training of new staff at the company level was organized by the Training Center of the Ministry of Manpower. Among them, the Safety Office and the Production and Equipment Departments led the safety management series of training courses and served as lecturers. This series of courses covers five aspects of basic knowledge of safety production, equipment safety operation, fire safety management, safety management and emergency response of safety accidents to ensure the systematic and complete content of the course. In the course of teaching, the lecturers closely combined with the characteristics of the machinery manufacturing industry, from the perspective of national safety production laws and regulations, enterprise safety production system construction, accident prevention and how to strengthen safety production management, analyze typical safety accident cases and interpret them from multiple angles. It not only publicized the knowledge of safety production laws and regulations, but also organized the trainees to carry out fire safety inspection practice training, contact with fire safety equipment and familiar with the use principle, so that trainees can master safety knowledge and skills, and establish a sense of safety production law and responsibility.

In order to ensure the good management status of the company's fire safety facilities and equipment, and to check the safety hazards of various areas of the plant, the Safety Office and the Administrative Office conduct safety and standardization inspections in various corners of the plant area from time to time in July. From July 14th to 18th, the Safety Office cooperated with various Business Departments, Administrative Offices, and Equipment Departments to carry out special inspections on fire safety in the factory, and timely found violations of fire equipment, protective equipment, demolition equipment, and facility equipment management in all areas of the plant, which effectively identify potential fire safety hazards. In response to the problems found in the inspection, it is strictly dealt with in accordance with the principle of safe production, and requires the responsible departments and personnel to strictly establish the responsibility awareness of fire prevention and control, and put the fire safety management responsibility in place in daily production work to protect company personnel and property safety.

The actual drills simulate disaster relief and escape, highlighting the company's fire rescue capabilities.

On July 20th, three departments, the Security Office, the Administrative Office and the Training Center of the Ministry of Manpower jointly organized the new employees of our company, the safety officers of various business departments and the safety-related management personnel to carry out fire evacuation emergency drills in the machine shop of the South District of Zhanqian Road factory. The drill set the scene for the fire inside the machine shop in the Southern District. And our company quickly launched the emergency plan and formed the emergency evacuation and rescue process of the internal fire rescue team. Through this exercise, we have trained our employees' emergency response capabilities, strengthened the company's safety and emergency command capabilities, and accumulated valuable experience for dealing with and handling sudden fires in the future.

In the first half of this year, our company's safety accidents decreased by 80% year-on-year. And in the second quarter, we achieved no accidents. This is a major achievement in our safety management work. Ensuring the safe and civilized production of the factory is not only the company's commitment and guarantee to the employees, but also the common responsibility of all staff. Therefore, all the employees of the company should improve the awareness of safety and work together to promote the continuous improvement of the overall level of safety production.
