On the morning of July 20th, in order to promote the company's corporate culture construction, and make Greatoo Newspaper more brilliant, 2018 work symposium of Greatoo Newspaper was held in the audio-visual conference room on the first floor of the office building of Longgang Road factory. Chief editor Wu, Chen, and the editorial staff of Greatoo Newspaper, the new correspondent and contributors attended the symposium.

The meeting was first reported by the chief editor, Huang Minyan.Under the care and guidance of the company's leaders and with the assistance of various departments, the Editorial Department of the Greatoo Newspaper has completed 182 newspapers as of this month with the joint efforts of all staff. In the recent 171st to 182th issues, it reported 45 major news and company leadership speeches; reported 50 articles about the company's production line dynamics and administrative system work; reported 67 articles on company's corporate culture activities; as well as published Greatoo people serial, and there are 44 articles on training dynamics, employee articles, life and stylistic knowledge; and a total of 206 articles have been published.This year, the Editorial Department united with the University Student Association, launched the method of obtaining membership points for the members by submitting apiece o fwriting for publication, and promoted the company's university staff to actively provide manuscripts. Since the launch of the event in February 2018, it has received a total of 59 articles from the members of the Association. And there is a total of 38 manuscripts in the newspapers, which guarantee the quality and quantity of the articles.In addition, since 2017, the editorial department has organized three training activities, including the photo contest in April 2017, the "Reporter's Day" training lecture in November 2017, and the training activities in Huangqi Mountain Forest Park in April 2018, which increase the communication between correspondents and activate the editorial atmosphere. At the same time of harvesting results, we also face the shortcomings, such as the lack of enthusiasm of some correspondents, the small number of submissions, the time of submission is not timely, the professionalism is still not strong enough, etc. And nowadays, all of these problems were solved. In the future work, we will continue to improve the level of newspapers, and constantly improve the ability of correspondents, so that the Greatoo Newspaper will be better and better.

At the symposium, chief editor Wu and Chen jointly issued a letter of appointment for the new correspondent and took a photo. Later, Wu published a speech and expressed his thoughts and expectations for the development of Greatoo Newspaper.

After listening to the speech of Wu, the correspondents and contributors expressed their work comments. The correspondent Zhang Zejiong, suggested that a correspondent should clearly define his position and treat the work with a positive attitude. And as a member of the Editorial Department of the Greatoo Newspaper, he should pay attention to improving his own ability and diligently express his own opinions. Chen put forward constructive opinions through his many years of work experience in the Editorial Department. He also said that in his future work, he will write more manuscripts to push the development of Greatoo Newspaper.
