“In terms of tire mold manufacturing industries, our country has the highest output of tires. However, most of tire manufacturing industries are labor intensive, with low level of automation and informatization. What tire enterprises need to overcome is to increase the production efficiency by intelligence and informatization, gradually realize agile manufacturing, eliminate the outdated products by intelligent equipment and effectively improve the quality of products.” Wu Yingxiong thought that during the most important period when enterprises is adjusting to the new normal economy and manage to transform and upgrade the industries, The Implementation Plan from Jieyang municipal Party committee and Jieyang government is capable of setting all the enterprises’ mind at ease. “The implementation of the plan will certainly accelerate enterprises’ pace of independent innovation and enable enterprises to become stronger in the process of transformation and upgrading.”
