At the morning on January 27th, the company solemnly held its 2015 commending assembly of appraisal for excellence at the training center on forth floor of Longgang road,the leaders of company attended the assembly  including president Xuxu Zheng,manager Shiqing Zhang, manager Zebing Hong and director Yingxiong Wu, besides, the middle-level cadre of each department, the advanced community and the representative of excellent staff also attended the assembly.

　　At the assembly,the director Yingxiong Wu read out the document of "Decision on the 2015 annual award in recognition of the advanced collectives and outstanding individual.", and expressed warm congratulation to the award-winning units and individuals. After that, along with the high-spirited music and warm applause, each leader on the podium awarded pennants and prizes for the 17 advanced collectives and 14 advanced job groups, rewarding honor certificates and prizes for 14 outstanding job leaders and 116 outstanding staffs, and took a picture with them.

　　After the award ceremony, as the representatives of  advanced collectives and outstanding staffs, Fu Hong, staff of national technology center and Wei Ling, staff of robot industrial department, showed their sincere gratitude to the the company’s giving growing platform and prizes, at the same time, they promised to make persistent effort,moving forward to go for a new height.
at the end of the assembly,president Xuxu Zheng delivered an important speech, firstly showed his appreciation and congratulation to the rewarded staffs, then,The president indicates the goal of the company aimed to a world brand and realized a hundred Greatoo. Greatoo’s future not only had challenge but also chance, whose achievements need all staffs to pitch in together to create. At the meeting, the president conveyed Japanese specialists’ comments on national tire industrial, and he suggest all meeting members to visit national tire industrial workshop after the meeting, so as to experience the working environment and to offer a proposal for the presence. the site personnel were active to interact, conveying their own view and comments. Manager Zebing Hong indicated, the management level of current national tire industrial still had continuous improvement space to catch up national level ,The future development was supposed to strictly carry out according to the regulation, only strive for excellence can we be definitely outstanding
